Elizabeth is another beautiful girl that I had the opportunity to take photos of. I loved the way the color of her hair contrasted with her beautiful skin and of course I always love it when senior girls aren't afraid to smile through their braces!

Modern wedding photography in the Central Coast of California!
I just love these photos of Tessa! She is so cute and has so much personality showing through her expression and her outfits! I usually advise seniors not to wear clothes with writing on the front, but in this case I love it! I also love her batman socks that have their own capes!
The photo above is my sweet nephew Beckham. He is a fantastic model but we need more faces!
From now until March 1, 2014, we will be doing complementary sessions for kids in the studio. We are getting ready to launch our new and exciting kids brand of photography this spring and we need some cute faces to show what our style is all about. These shots will be clean and modern and showcase your kids personality.
We need kids who are at least old enough to sit up through 12 years old, to show our modern sophisticated style.
Here are the details: Use our scheduler to book a complementary 30 minute in-studio session. If you are bringing more than one child, please let me know in the comments section of the scheduler. After the shoot I will give you 1 fine print 8x10 photo of your choice or a $50 photo credit You will have the opportunity to order other photos but are not required to. See print prices here.
After scheduling you will receive further details on how to dress your kids, what to expect, etc.
I'm so excited about this new venture and hope that you can be a part of it. I'm really looking forward to having a fun session with you and your little ones!
If you have any questions email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Happy New Year everyone! 2013 was a fun, exciting, and amazing year full of fantastic photography! I can't wait to see what 2014 brings. Just like the end of every year and every insanely busy senior season I always take a little retreat and a little break to regroup. I may have taken a little too much time from my blog this year though! Which is a crying shame because I have soooo many beautiful photos to show. For instance these GORGEOUS shots of Jenna. Jenna brought a couture flower dress that she made herself! Isn't it awesome! I loved the colors, the look and everything about this beautiful shoot!
I used to go to Porter Ranch as a child with my family and go camping and hiking and fossil hunting so it was so cool when I found out that Cassie was going to get her senior portraits taken here. It is such a beautiful location and Cassie was amazing to work with. I love these images!
What I love about this shoot with Savannah was how she was willing to show her dazzling smile with braces. Often seniors with braces will be self-conscious of it and there's no reason for it! Embrace everything about about yourself even if it is something temporary like braces! I know that Savannah will look back at these photos and be so glad that she wasn't afraid to show her fabulous smile!
Such pretty eyes!
I've got a lot of blogging to catch up on! So far senior season has been going so well and I've met and photographed so many wonderful young people and have been having so much fun that I have neglected to get them up on the blog! Jamie is definitely one of these great seniors. She is such a cute classic beauty. I love her short hair, freckles and beautiful eyes! She was a joy to work with and photograph. These were taken at the always amazing Orcutt Community Park, or as I like to call it the OCP! Its such a reliable location for a natural look which suited Jamie perfectly. Many more beautiful seniors to come.
As you can probably tell from these photos, Amanda and I had a blast doing this photoshoot! I loved that she was up for anything and was even willing to brave the cold Pacific waters of the Central Coast for some amazing images! I'm always happy when senior girls bring their formal dresses to a shoot, it always helps give photos a little extra glamor and drama. In fact, I loved the color of Amanda's blue dress so much I decided to put a big giant print in my studio, which I will be giving a video tour of on this blog very soon! Anyway, I think that "Trash the Prom Dress" should be a new offering for my seniors :)
One of our favorite photography hot spots is Arroyo Grande Village, so we were thrilled when Mariah chose to have her portraits done here. While the town is beautiful, gorgeous, stylish, confident Mariah definitely stole the show!
Jessica was so fun to photograph! She has such a striking appearance that was just made for the camera. Her natural dark hair, fair skin, striking eyes, and cute face are almost too much! And she is just as sweet as she looks. It was so hard for me to choose a selection of photos of her because I loved them all!
When I was shooting with Leah I felt like I was working with a model. She is so tall and gorgeous. It was also a lot of fun doing a senior portait shoot with her horse! Nova (the horse) was being a little stubborn at times but still not quite as stubborn as some of the kids and infants I've worked with and were able to get some great images of both of them.
We took these beautiful shots of Daniella just outside of Santa Maria at an FFA farm where Daniella kept her prize winning pig "Dirty." I thought Dirty was the cutest name for a pig! See how a gorgeous girl can make a pig farm look so glamorous?
