Porter and Ellie are such great kids! Porter is such a neat boy. He was so kind and very polite, and Ellie is only 4 and has a personality and smile that can light up a room! Ellie loved getting photographed and the camera sure loved her! Plus these two were able to get their pictures taken next to each other without trying to kill each other which is a true sign of sibling love.
The photo above is my sweet nephew Beckham. He is a fantastic model but we need more faces!
From now until March 1, 2014, we will be doing complementary sessions for kids in the studio. We are getting ready to launch our new and exciting kids brand of photography this spring and we need some cute faces to show what our style is all about. These shots will be clean and modern and showcase your kids personality.
We need kids who are at least old enough to sit up through 12 years old, to show our modern sophisticated style.
Here are the details: Use our scheduler to book a complementary 30 minute in-studio session. If you are bringing more than one child, please let me know in the comments section of the scheduler. After the shoot I will give you 1 fine print 8x10 photo of your choice or a $50 photo credit You will have the opportunity to order other photos but are not required to. See print prices here.
After scheduling you will receive further details on how to dress your kids, what to expect, etc.
I'm so excited about this new venture and hope that you can be a part of it. I'm really looking forward to having a fun session with you and your little ones!
If you have any questions email me at email@example.com.
A while back I did engagement photos for a really cute couple. Well, a lot has happened since then! They were married in the East, came back to the Central Coast, and most recently brought Little Layla into the world. It's been so fun and rewarding to be with this family through their different stages in life!Enjoy a couple shots of baby Layla featuring some creative crotchet work by Jess-b-cas Gifts. Also enjoy a little video at the end with some shots of the maternity session and, of course, more Layla!
The day was perfect in Los Olivos a couple of weeks ago when I met up with Kaitlyn, an old friend from the college days, and her darling family. Her two boys are just a few months younger than my girls and I was laughing the whole time at how different boys and girls are even from such a tiny age. These two boys were full of energy and laughs and with those big blue eyes they were just so cute and fun to photograph! Here is a sample of our wonderful afternoon in gorgeous Los Olivos.
I loved shooting this fabulous family. They were so fun and their kids are way to cute. We went out to a Talley Vineyard outside of Arroyo Grande. What a beautiful place. The vines were just turning amazing fall colors and the day was just amazing. Becky and Dan celebrated their 10th anniversary a few days after this shoot. They still have that spark and weren't afraid to show it for a few photos. So cute and so in love!
Happy 2012 everyone!! My New Year's resolution is to blog more... a lot more. There are so many amazing people and shoots that I haven't gotten on the blog yet so I thought I'd start it off right by posting this one. I actually just did this shoot early this week. I have known this family for years. it was so fun to everyone together for a shoot while they were all in town for the holidays. They are an amazing family and you can tell that they are all great friends with each other. I love how these images capture that friendship within this family along with the beauty of the Central Coast.
Mike and Karina have been great friends of ours for years, they are practically family. They came all the way from Washington, DC to visit us and they looked so good we couldn't let them go home without some awesome portraits for their Christmas cards. For these pictures we went on a day trip to Solvang and the Santa Inez mission. While they were here, we also went with them on a killer trip to San Francisco and had an amazing time. We always have fun traveling and spending time with these two!
Here are a few pictures of precious Baby Lily sleeping peacefully. I am now offering in-home shoots with my portable photography studio, so no matter what time of day, we can always have perfect lighting indoors! Lily was 9 days old when we took these and she was the sweetest sleepiest perfect angel.Welcome to the world Lily!
